Modera Towers

Modera Towers is an office tower in Tashkent. PRO SOFORT BUILD delivered the turnkey fit-out of the lettable floors and common areas: raised floors, partitions, ceilings, lighting, ventilation and floor coverings.

Flexible floors. The floors are let to different tenants and are often replanned. Hence a raised floor with cable routes, modular carpet tiles and partitions that can be moved without refurbishment.

Lobby. Large-format porcelain, dark columns with timber panelling, a slatted ceiling and a black stone reception desk, all set on one axis with the façade glazing.

Floor pattern. Graphite carpet tiles with a fine geometric pattern hide wear and unify the open-plan areas, meeting rooms and corridors.
