General andsubcontracting
We run the whole project — budget, schedule, crews, supplies, handover — or deliver a defined scope within a larger one.
One responsible party. The client talks to one contractor: we build the budget, run the schedule, hire and supervise crews, procure materials and hand the project over to the authorities.
Subcontracting. For major general contractors we deliver finishes, electrical or plumbing as a separate scope with its own documents and deadlines.
Any style. Classic, contemporary business, national motifs: the Imam al-Bukhari Centre, the Chamber of Commerce and the Minsk project show the range.
